In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember watching a Van Morrison Tribute act with my parents in Ireland when I was 7 years old and becoming completely obsessed with all of the instruments on stage. I just wanted to make music and play music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, Ghost Stories U2, All That You Can't Leave Behind Ólafur Arnalds, re:member These are probably the most influential albums in my life. The oldest being the U2 album takes me right back to my childhood, Ghost stories helped me through some tough personal moments, and more recently Remember gave me back my love for creativity.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Time (Piano Version)” I love this song because it happen so organically. Laura and I were rehearsing for some festival shows in a meeting room at a hotel in Chicago. We hit burnout and decided to just jam together. Within 30 minutes time was practically finished.
