About Esotus
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Seeing Linkin Park live is a favorite memory, singing terribly as a teen to the performance, haha. Then there is the System of a Down live show. One of my favorite musical memories, is when I first "heard" a song, "Sierra Leone by Mt. Eden"!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Fort Minor, The Rising Tied (Deluxe Edition)
LINKIN PARK, Meteora
LINKIN PARK, Minutes to Midnight
These albums are core memories, have been and will always be my favorite albums. "Breaking the Habit", "Hands Held High", and "Remember the Name". It's all about spitting that reality.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Timeline Distortion”
This is a personal favorite, I wrote this album when I was in the peak of Trauma Therapy from when I was in the US Army. It was chaotic and so difficult, but so worth it. This song is the cathartic, "The battle is over, you did well" feeling.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of the most memorable is when "103.9 The Planet" said they like what I'm making and doing! Ultimately adding some songs to their radio station. This is the first public recognition I've received, and will always cherish.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Ultimate Bucket List: "Be one of the Greatest. as a Lyrical Writers, Poet, Philosopher, Storyteller." When I make it to the table or grave, surrounded by Loved Ones, I just hope I made their journeys lighter, easier, and that they don't feel alone.
