About EVA
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was around 6, I had a piano recital in a synagogue in my old hometown, and I remember I was so nervous and did a TERRIBLE job with my pieces. My binder kept falling over onto the piano, and my teacher had to point at the next notes for me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Jon Bellion, Glory Sound Prep
Michael Jackson, Off the Wall
Pinegrove, Everything So Far
Here's my thoughts: Pinegrove left a deeper mark in me than any other artist, I grew up on MJ my whole life, and Jon Bellion was my first major influence and was the one who led me to decide on doing music my whole life.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Saturn”
This is my debut single. It's been stored in my computer for roughy 5 years since I first wrote and produced it, so to finally have it out for the public to hear is crazy still. This song's my oldest baby, waiting on its siblings to follow soon!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of my favorite moments thus far was organizing + playing my first headline show in my hometown, at my favorite venue, with my extremely talented band/friends. It felt really full circle and I can't wait to see what happens next!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Oh yeah there is! I can't wait to get my degree, hopefully work full time as a studio engineer of some sort, and release more music independently! Also really hope to keep playing shows on top of everything :)
