Artist Biography
Faith & Harmony are a family gospel sextet from Greenville, North Carolina. Comprised of three groups of two sisters, they are all first cousins, and they're granddaughters of musicians Johnny Ray Daniels and Dorothy Vines -- founding members of eastern Carolina's internationally celebrated the Glorifying Vines Sisters -- as well as being related to the male gospel quartet Dedicated Men of Zion. Faith & Harmony's sound offers breathless intensity -- a characteristic typical of the thriving sacred soul tradition in eastern North Carolina. Their debut album, I Heard the Voice, appeared on Fat Possum's Bible & Tire Recording Company label in 2023 and was co-produced by Bruce Watson and Will Sexton.
