Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Hearing Metallica’s Metallica for the first time. I absolutely wore that album out!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Alice In Chains, Dirt (Remastered)
Metallica, Metallica (Remastered)
TOOL, Ænima
Metallica’s The Black Album, Tool’s Ænima, and Alice in Chains’ Dirt. Each has a signature sound that’s instantly recognizable. They weren’t chasing trends—they defined them. To me, they’re definitive albums from bands at their peak.

“Zombie”
Our full-band cover of “Zombie” changed everything. It was the first time we moved beyond being an acoustic act and embraced a heavier sound. There was no going back. That song inspired the path that led to Ex Marks the Spot.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Our first open mic together is still the most memorable. We’d known each other less than a month when we played STP’s “Plush” and one original song. It was a first for both of us, and the beginning of what would become FatKitty.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
One of our biggest goals is to bring years of song ideas, riffs, and stories to life. Many have sat unfinished for too long. We’re hoping to release three EPs over the next 12 months and finally share them with the world.
