About Fischerspooner
As much an art project as an actual band, Fischerspooner is the brainchild of Casey Spooner and Warren Fischer, two New York City-based multi-media artists. Drawing heavily on 1980s U.K. synth and dance pop, Fischerspooner plays infectious club music for the 21st-century electro-punk set. Their music is as well-crafted as it is drenched in irony. Live, the band unleashes an eye-popping multi-media show that can contain as many as 30-plus participants on stage at once.
