U.K. pop troupe Five Star (siblings Deniece, Doris, Lorraine, Stedman and Delroy Pearson) hit the top 20 in their homeland with the ballad, "All Fall Down." Known for their choreographed dance routines, the family act continued to grow with British hits such as "System Addict," "Can’t Wait Another Minute" and "Find The Time." The domination peaked with SILK AND STEEL a British album charttopper containing the group's biggest hit "Rain And Shine." Subsequent records proved unsuccessful, and attempts to construct a career in America on the Epic label failed. They continue to perform into the '00s, albeit reduced to a trio.
