Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memory is home: Awosika Nigerian and Austin Guyanese roots blending Fela Kuti, King Sunny Ade, Michael Jackson, and the Specials in one house. No genre lines just rhythm meeting rhythm. That's still how I produce today.
