Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Future” This is the first song that we cowrote. We started with this wistful Joni-esque guitar tune Michael had. Cherry wrote the lyrics pretty quickly based on a single line she'd scribbled in a notebook awhile ago. It's about living through climate change.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We'd been playing together for a month or so and went out to an open mic for a trial run. We played Waitin' and by the middle of the song the crowd went from silence to hoots and cheers. It felt electric. That's when we knew we had something special.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Although our sound is pretty American, we'd love to do a European tour to share it with folks across the pond.
