A melodic hard rock unit built around the talents of industry veterans John Regan, Tod Howarth, Rob Affuso, and Patrick James Gasperini, Four by Fate can trace its origins to 1986. That year saw bassist Regan touring with John Waite and keyboard player Howarth supporting Cheap Trick. The two hit it off, and before long Regan asked Howarth to join him in Frehley's Comet. In 2014 the longtime friends helped found a new project, the aptly named Four by Fate, with the help of Skid Row drummer Affuso and New York-based guitarist/vocalist Gasperini. The newly minted quartet headed into the studio shortly after forming, and with a little help from special guests Stet Howland (W.A.S.P.) Sean Kelly (Helix, Nelly Furtado), and AJ Pero (Twisted Sister), they began laying down tracks for what would eventually become their full-length debut. The resulting Relentless arrived in 2016 via the End Records in North America and Amazing Records in Europe. ~ James Christopher Monger
