Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At 18, I discovered a haven in my first studio, nestled in the hood. Stepping inside transformed everything; it was where I found my musical voice amidst a world of contrasting chaos and creativity.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? N.E.R.D, In Search Of... Nelly Furtado, Loose OutKast, Aquemini "Aquemini" my intro to hip-hop, resonating with my Southern roots. "In Search Of..." by N.E.R.D opened my mind to genre fusion, inspiring me to produce rock. Nelly Furtado's "Loose" was a masterclass in vocal and complementary production techniques.
