Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents would often volunteer my two younger brothers and I to render an item in church without giving us a heads up. I would always be the one focused, while my brothers laughed while we sang.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? India.Arie, Acoustic Soul Kirk Franklin, The Rebirth Of Kirk Franklin (Live) USHER, 8701 Each of these albums helped me navigate very specific times of my life. This is how I discovered the power of music to impact and shift the psyche. I believe the art genuinely reflects reality, before therapy, music was my counselor.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Randomly tuning into radio, Metro FM on a Saturday and hearing my name being back announced as a new entry in the Top 40 for my debut single, Inhliziyo Yam. Being at the forefront of 2 of the World's Most Shazam'd artists campaigns.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is so much I'd like to achieve, I'm only now beginning this journey. The most important for me is to positively impact peoples lives through my music. Traveling the world and performing at sold out festivals.
