Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Grasstime has always been about a circle of friends with a banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, upright bass, and solid tunes. Our sound like the legends before us, is raw, honest, and rooted deep in the soil of tradition & not afraid to go to the edge.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?

J.D. Crowe & The New South, J.D. Crowe & The New South
The SteelDrivers, The SteelDrivers
These 3 albums are top shelf moments in bluegrass music. JD & New South was a supergroup leaving their fingerprints on these traditional songs. AKUS live versions of these tunes was perfection. Early Steeldrivers was fresh, new, powerful on the scene

“The Last of Me”
This was an early lineup in our band history. And our 1st song published to streaming.
It enabled us to reach audiences all over the world. Literally one of the songs that first put us in front of so many fans and also those in the music industry.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Its hard to nail down 1 memorable moment. We just returned from an 11 county European tour as Kristy Cox & Grasstime. Every audience, every show was so special! They treated us to standing ovations and encores every night.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
We are from Nashville so for sure playing the Grand Ole Opry is a bucket list item. And the beauty and energy at Telluride Bluegrass Fest is unmatched. Colorado holds many amazing festivals. So getting to play that part of the world must be included!
