About Graveborne
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I was between 5 and 8 years old when my dad had MTV blasting loud enough to make Helen Keller flinch. The video was "Breaking the Silence" by Queensrÿche. That moment sparked a lifelong obsession with music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Boston, Walk On
Graveborne, Stars & Stripes (No Apology)
Queensrÿche, Operation: Mindcrime
Walk On by Boston—it was the soundtrack to my first concert as a kid. Operation: Mindcrime by Queensrÿche changed how I heard music. Stars & Stripes (No Apology) is special because it's the first album I ever released.

“Welcome to the JAZZterlife”
"Welcome to the JAZZterlife" is where GraveBornè found its identity. I stopped chasing genres and built my own. Fusing early 2000s post-hardcore with saxophone created JAZZcore—the sound I'd been hearing in my head all along.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Scammer email shortly after my first release from Karl Fricker from RCA Records I answered with Jimmy Neutron, Sheen, Carl, and made-up royalty agreements. Humor flipped the script, wasted the scammer's time, and made the whole exchange entertaining.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Build something no one has heard before. I want GraveBornè and JAZZcore to leave a mark long after I'm gone. If one kid hears a saxophone in heavy music and thinks, "Why not?" then I've done my job.
