About greg summerlin
Alabama-based singer/songwriter Greg Summerlin spent the mid- to late '90s as the lead guitarist for the Quinsonics before breaking out on his own with a 2003 eponymous solo debut. With influences that range from the Who and the Replacements to New Order and Radiohead, Summerlin's subsequent albums -- Young Meteors (2005) and All Done in Good Time: The Life and Times of Polly Shields (2007) -- have received both critical and commercial acclaim. He is also the founder and owner of well-regarded Southeast indie label Superphonic Records. ~ James Christopher Monger
