Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is throwing “Deck Fest,” a ten-band backyard festival with Hardly headlining. Stepping on stage, hearing everyone chant “Hardly, Hardly,” I felt like a rock star—it was blazing hot, loud, and unforgettable.

“Waves”
One of my favorite songs on Apple Music is Waves. It starts soft and vocoder-y, then explodes into a hard rock breakdown with belting vocals, and I love it because it’s my most artful, raw, and intense song yet.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of the most memorable moments in my career was the first time we played Steady Buzz live—the pause before the chorus, feeling the room go silent, and knowing I held everyone’s attention in my hands. That rush was addicting and unforgettable.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
We have SO much on our bucket list—touring outside the midwest, releasing a full-length album, playing major festivals, collaborating with artists we admire, and just making music that really connects with people everywhere.
