About Hellbilly Playboy
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My First Concert was when I was in the 7th Grade I believe, and my mother took me to see ZZ TOP, it was the El Loco Tour. We had nose bleed seats and needless to say it was an experience, very loud and the place was full of marijuana smoke
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Rob Zombie, Hellbilly Deluxe The Rolling Stones, Tattoo You ZZ Top, Rio Grande Mud ZZ Top - Rio Grande Mud, it was the first time I heard blues with harmonica, slide guitar and mixed with Rock. Rolling Stones Tattoo You - I enjoy all the Rolling stone records, this one in particular White Zombie and Rob Zombie
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Quietly Going Insane” I wrote most of the Album during the quarantine, hence why it is 30 songs, it is a lot. This particular song tells it all for me and what I kind of went through. I had never had anxiety or depression, but during the quarantine, I apparently did.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My other band, the Hotrod Hillbillies were featured on Disney's Velocity Channel and Chevy asked us to be a part of the 100th anniversary and used my song "She's My Chevy". Also available on DVD.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? This my Debut Solo Album, performing all the instruments and I produced and recorded it all on my own. I am looking forward to performing live and creating more music in the future. Especially for TV, Film and Radio.
