About High Window
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I learned to play the piano at age 6 — I still remember the piano teaching telling to use "bear paws" when I played.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Jane's Addiction, Ritual de lo Habitual
The Cure, Disintegration (Deluxe Edition - Remastered)
The Jesus and Mary Chain, Psychocandy
When I look at these three albums, I see artists who are aiming for big, bold, expressive sound that speaks to equally large and meaningful themes. That's what I'm trying to do with High Window, as well.

“Your Kind of Blue”
"Your Kind of Blue" feels very honest to me — it captures the longing, fatalism, and radical acceptance that many High Window songs are speaking to.
