Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember sitting in the back of a car as a child, hearing an Afrobeats song pour through the speakers and feeling something shift inside me. The rhythm moved through me and every song I make is my way of chasing that feeling again.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Odeal, The Summer That Saved Me Kendrick and Cole taught me to never compromise the art. Odeal proved Afrobeats can carry real emotional depth. These three albums shaped my sound and remind me daily why I make music.
