Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
my mom put me in church music ministry very early. car rides with my dad, playing artists like Bob Marley, Koffi Olomide, Miriam Makeba. my older sisters played D’Angelo, Jill Scott, ATCQ. it all influenced my taste & eventually, my sound.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
D'Angelo, Voodoo

Roc Marciano, The Alchemist, The Elephant Man's Bones
D’Angelo is the reason i decided to pursue music, i heard myself in Voodoo. Jill’s first album is why i incorporate spoken word in my music, it gave me the courage to put my words to sound. Roc Marciano & ALC’s TEMB makes me feel like a boss!

“dreamgirl”
this song made me realize that sometimes an experience is needed for the message to manifest. i wrote the first verse in 2021 for a friend’s song that never got finished. fast forward to September 2025, the melody + rest of the lyrics came to me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
i recently lost my first producer Lord Haiti. all of our studio sessions were memorable. i rarely had feedback for what he made me. he gave me courage to tap into my voice & sing out. he taught me so much hip hop history. i’ll miss him forever. Ibae.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
i don’t have an artist bucket list because i believe that what’s meant for me will come to me in divine timing.
