In 2023, Spanish crooner iñigo quintero discovered that dreams do come true following the extraordinary viral success of his debut single, “Si No Estás.” Though the song explored the young singer's relationship with God, it also became a favorite dedication among lovebirds expressing affection for their significant others. Instant fame came as a shock to the A Coruña native who was born in 2001 and raised in a household of eight children. He was a psychology major in college when he uploaded the track, which would later top the charts across Europe and spread like wildfire to Latin America. His follow-up “Sobredosis” remained faithful to stirring piano balladry while injecting the mix with atmospheric synths and subtle percussion. Recalling the evocative piano-pop heights of Keane, as well as the melancholy vocal gymnastics of ROSALÍA, later singles “Sin Tiempo Para Bailar” and “Lo Que Queda de Mí” all but confirmed quintero's superstardom was ordained from above.
