Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first show was at 17 at a music festival in Athens, Ohio. I went up on stage with my best friend and longtime music partner Hashu (now known as French X Exit)
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Mac Miller, Watching Movies with the Sound Off Merle Haggard & The Strangers, Same Train, A Different Time: Merle Haggard Sings the Great Songs of Jimmie Rodgers Of Mice & Men, The Flood (Deluxe Reissue) These albums were very formative for me and represent my biggest influences.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Real Life” This song was made in a very interesting time for me and sort of my debut album after my name change from “jax_”. I was caught in between a lot of real life struggles and it evokes my overall message very well
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being able to play my music in different states to big crowds and people knowing the words to my songs and meeting people in different areas who connected with my message.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Play in as many states and countries as a i can, play bigger stages and festivals, and work with some of my favorite artists.
