In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories was when I was age 9 and i had to perform in my school choir in Trinidad during my secondary school years.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, BEYONCÉ Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey Whitney Houston, I Will Always Love You: The Best of Whitney Houston (Deluxe Version) These are my long time musical idols ever since i was a child.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments was watching “Deserve It All” grow during the COVID-19 lockdowns. It reached audiences in Trinidad, South Africa and beyond, gained BET Jams and MTV rotation, and helped sustain me as an independent artist.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes. I still want to headline a major international festival, perform across Africa, collaborate with artists who inspire me, and create a timeless Soca album that introduces more people around the world to Trinidad and Tobago’s culture.
