Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first ever favorite song was The Philippine National Anthem, “Lupang Hinirang.” I was so obsessed with it that I would sing it to myself as a lullaby, have mom and dad play it on videoke, and complain to my grandma because we didn’t have it on CD.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Beatles, Abbey Road (2019 Mix) The Beatles, Let It Be (2021 Super Deluxe) The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) My top 3 are: The Beatles (White Album), Abbey Road, and Let It Be. I would say those are my top 3 on Apple Music because they are the final three Beatles albums on Apple music that also happen to be released (aptly) under Apple Records.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Missu” Missu is a song on Apple Music that I love. It will always be special to me since it’s my first official single which I wrote when I wasn’t single anymore. It truly is a special song for my special someone.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far is the creation of my official fanbase, JDKeepersOfficials. Our head admin randomly jumped on my livestream, gathered a bunch of people, and created it. Truly, this is my most heartwarming memory.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Too many to name, actually. One particular thing on my bucket list is treating my most loyal fans to buckets of beer after a full set gig.
