Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first church solo was at 3 years old, so music memories started early. I come from a singing family and remember the first time I sang a harmony right and asked my mom "did I do it?!" My favorite thing from then on was harmonies & arranging them.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo First Call, Human Song Maxwell, Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite I struggle with ranking, but these are vital. Obsessed with First Call - stellar 3-part harmonies, pushing CCM forward. Maxwell's debut lit me UP - the melodies, the falsetto inspiration. And Voodoo was everything. The best thing of my best LA years.
