Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories is sitting next to my mother as she played piano. The house didn’t always feel calm, but the music was. Those moments became an escape from the chaos—and the first place I remember feeling the power of music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Counting Crows, August and Everything After Pearl Jam, Ten Stone Temple Pilots, Core (Super Deluxe Edition) All of these albums and bands shaped my sense of melody, mood, and emotional truth—and still define what I chase in my own songs, today.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wings In Manhattan (2001 Archive Demo)” I wrote it not long after 9/11, during a time when the city—and the country—was still holding its breath. It came from a place of grief, compassion, and the need to find something human and hopeful in the aftermath.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening for Electric Light Orchestra—a huge milestone that made me realize the stage was where I belonged. And having my songs placed on several MTV shows was a game-changer, confirming that my music could reach and connect with a wider audience.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’m driven by the journey, so there’s always something new on the horizon. Whether it’s experimenting with different styles or reaching fans around the world, my bucket list is about pushing boundaries and making an impact that lasts.
