Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In 1989, I walked past the TV in my living room, which someone had left on. The sound caught my attention, I turned to see Metallica performing their song 'One'. The gripping story being told through music mesmerized me, leaving a lasting impression.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John Lennon, John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band The goal of any artist should be to express themselves in the most honest and direct manner, regardless of the medium. This album embodies that principle, conveying a primal, direct, and simple yet eloquent expression.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Great Controversy” The devil's perspective, a timeless theme. I knew it wouldn't be easy but I was driven to find a fresh angle. The process was grueling, tons of frustration & self-doubt. The end result is a testament to the power of perseverance & creative vision.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Reflecting on my musical career as a whole, I'm grateful to have harnessed my youth, angst, and drive in a creative manner, resulting in an auditory record of my work. Carpe Diem.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to write songs with some contemporary artists I'm a fan of and see them interpret and share those songs with the world.
