In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to Haitian music and hip hop in the streets of haiti when I was younger. In each beat, there is a story of an homage to the streets that raised me, the melodies that comforted me, and the cultures that shaped me. Thats artistry
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, African Giant John Steve Brunache, Chimen Limyè (Remastered) Wizkid, Ayo I chose those 3 albums because of the stories and how each songs and instruments expresses happiness and sometimes pain. And I feel connected to The story lines in each song, they remind of my childhood and the difference in music and cultures.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “If I Lose You” This song is inspired by young teenage love, as we all know sometimes young love is reckless and it’s pure love. It’s one of my favorite because it’s the first I published on Apple Music
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My mother always listen to my music and telling me “son don’t give up, if it is your passion keep on going” despite her limited access to the internet she is always sharing my music with her older friends and so on. That for me is true support.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d like for my music to reach a bigger audience and share my stories with my fans. And maybe one day end up in a movie or something like that.
