Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a toddler, I watched The Winans Live at Carnegie Hall daily—my mom hoped it’d put me to sleep, but I was too locked in. While my brother dozed off, I sat wide awake, unknowingly being awakened to purpose through harmony and the presence of God.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Dwell” Dwell was recorded in 2019 at my home church with about 400 people packed into the room. It wasn’t a big production—just a pure moment of worship among family. That night, something rested on us. We didn’t just sing about dwelling—we experienced it.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One thing still on my bucket list is recording a project that blends worship with pop and Afrobeats. I want to bring those vibrant, rhythmic sounds into my music and create something fresh that connects cultures and moves people in new ways.
