Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is the first time I had an Orchestra performance in 6th grade. I was so nervous but the moment the concert was over I immediately felt this euphoric feeling and was like, " wow, I can do that again"
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Erykah Badu, Best of Erykah Badu H.E.R., H.E.R. Sade, The Best of Sade (Remaster) I have loved Sade's music before I even experienced what romantic love was but when I did, I knew why. H.E.R has always said things I've only felt in her music in such an articulated way and Erykah Badu will forever hold space in my heart.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Blissful Bloom” Blissful Bloom is a special song of mine. It was created in such a natural flow state. My window was open on an early spring morning and I was listening to the birds chirp all while having my morning coffee. The inspiration came from that moment.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments in my career thus far is the moment I decided to really go for this. I haven't looked back...
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? What's left on my bucket list is to just continue creating music in all forms and not limit myself to a certain style or genre of music. So in essence, to just continue creating : )
