About Jůly
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Music felt like energy before I understood it. I remember hearing melodies and feeling the atmosphere shift around me. Creating became my way of translating emotion into something people can experience together.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version)
Kanye West, 808s & Heartbreak
The Weeknd, Trilogy
Each of these projects showed me that vulnerability can exist inside powerful production. They erased the line between emotion and atmosphere, which is something I aim to do with my own music creating spaces people can feel, not just songs they hear.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“On the hills”
On the Hills represents the beginning of my world as an artist. It captures connection, distance and emotion at the same time. I live in that space between reality and imagination where feelings feel amplified.
