Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up listening to my father's records: Leadbelly, The Bulgarian Women's Choir, Lester Flatt & Earl Scruggs, Italian folk songs, Cajun songs, soundtracks like Porgy and Bess, South Pacific, they all had a big impact.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ray Charles, What'd I Say (Original 1959 Remasterd) - EP Put a gun to my head. Ray Charles, What'd I Say, just listen. Willy Mason, all and future, writing, vocals, humanity. Randy Newman 'Land Of Dreams', depth, soul, humor. Tomorrow another three: Bob Dylan, Blond on Blond, George Jones, I Am What I Amā¦.
