About John Gratton
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 4 years old, my dad's band would rehearse in our living room. During Tommy Tutone's "Jenny (867-5309)," standing on a milk crate, I sang into the microphone. Listening back to a recording, instead of losing my nerve, I lost my nurse.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I'll Find My Way (Stripped Acoustic)” This song started as I was reflecting on my ailing father-in-law. As more words came out, I saw how these feelings were pretty universal and turned them into a reflection of myself. Although I think these feelings and needs relate to us all.
