Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memory of music has to be when I started playing guitar at nine years old. Early on I learned that I had an "ear" for music and started learning everything by just listening to it. I knew it was something special that I had to harness.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coheed and Cambria, The Afterman (Deluxe) Metallica, ...And Justice for All Trivium, Shogun These three albums inspired me throughout multiple points in my musical journey. I would say that I always turn to these when looking for any answer that I seem to be in search of in life and in musical direction.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “It's Major” "It's Major" was birthed from a point in my life where I didn't necessarily know if I wanted to continue walking this earth. It's about self-hatred. Once I sang the last verse, the weight of my depression was lifted from me. I'm still here after all.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Up to this point, the highlight of it all was creating the "Kaleb's Kung-Fu Cinema" theme song. It reopened the world of inspiration that I was missing for a very long time. I pushed myself creatively and sang better than I ever have before.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I just want to reach anyone that feels the same way that I do. I want my words to hit someone the same way that my musical inspirations' words have resonated within me. My dream is to hear others sing my songs back to me one day.
