Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I don't remember ever not being music. The path between the drawing of my first breath and that of my current is a series of scales and its detours.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alice Coltrane, Transcendence Pharoah Sanders, Thembi Sun Ra, Sun Ra Exotica These albums, along with countless others, provide evidence that there are no limits. They are imaginatively permissive, pathways to freedom, and blueprints for charting one's own inner sea.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Burn It Down (Hippolyta's in Paris)” When this version of Hippolyta's in Paris came into being, it was like spirit showed up to give sanction and bear witness. It felt like it was exactly what was supposed to be happening at that time; like the act of breathing was designed just for it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The present. It just keeps getting more interesting.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely. As I get clear on what those things are, I look forward to experiencing them in real time.
