Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember being six or seven years old, sitting in the backseat of my grandparents' car. Nothing on the radio. Silence. But a song - Walking On Sunshine - suddenly started playing IN MY HEAD. Knowing that music stayed with me changed everything.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aimee Mann, Bachelor No. 2 Japan Edition Elvis Costello, Brutal Youth Tom Waits, Rain Dogs My top albums change day to day, as do most people's I imagine, but these are three records that taught me about songwriting and some of the many things it could be. Each one of these albums has me dance, laugh and cry. Sometimes simultaneously.

It's probably the closest I've ever come to capturing exactly what I was feeling when I wrote it. Falling hard for someone and knowing I was going to get bruised when I hit the ground.
