About Keystone
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
After hearing the The Hitmakerz beats on Cam'ron's Purple Haze album, I gained an interest in making first beat in the 4th grade.
However, the first album I ever played by myself via a CD player was 2Pac's greatest hits collection.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
2Pac, All Eyez On Me
Joe, My Name Is Joe
T.I., Urban Legend
Those 3 albums sum my musical tastes as a child. I always preferred mature music for my age and loved switching from classic rap albums to classic R&B albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Night”
I love this song because its based on a true story. My girl would always tells me she hates when she wakes up and I am not there, therefore, I wrote a song depicting how she feels when I leave before she has time to greet me in the morning.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Engineering a recording session with Pooh Sheisty and Big 30 in Atlanta.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I want to work with some of my favorite artists and get nominated for album of the year.
