Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
The first time I ever written to a beat was in middle school. The instrumental that I wrote to was "Classic Man" by Jidenna. I was very proud of myself discovering my musical talent
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Destiny's Child, Destiny Fulfilled
Nao, Saturn
Nicki Minaj, Pink Friday (Deluxe Version) Deluxe Edition
I chose these albums in particular because they all remind me of an era in my life. Nicki's debut was literally my childhood and is part of the reason why I'm an artist today. NAO's Saturn album made me get into a whole different sound of R&B.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“I Tried (I'm Tired) (feat. Zeno5x) [A capella]”
This song is special to me because I actually got to collaborate with a relative of mine. We were very hands on with the writing and the vocal arranging of the song. The song overall is just very beautiful and I wrote about something personal.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of the most memorable moments of my career is when my name became searchable on google as a musical artist. It really showed me that I've been consistent with putting myself out there.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
As an artist, I just to continue to evolve musically and career wise in general. I don't want to hold myself back or be held back by any means.
