Rising LA rapper KINGMOSTWANTED gained notice with viral hits like “8K Anthem” and “Different Varieties.” • KINGMOSTWANTED started rapping in 2018 and soon linked up with 8K Management, home to his frequent collaborator MCM Raymond. By 2020, he’d released two EPs (2019’s An Everlasting King and 2020’s Ion Wanna Talk) and a string of singles with the company. • His style—laid-back flow over sparse production—is similar to that of fellow SoCal artists Blueface, YG, and Mustard. • KINGMOSTWANTED’s song “How 2 Ride” appeared alongside tracks by Tyga, Lil Baby, Wiz Khalifa, and NBA Youngboy on 2020's Road to Fast 9 Mixtape, released in advance of the 2021 action film F9.
