Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I recall my cousin, a musician, brought my mother the Stones' record Sticky Fingers. They proceeded to unwrap it with wild abandon to see what was under the zipper. I consider that my first real rock & roll experience. I was around 6.

“Oblivion”
This has always been one of my personal favorites; I suppose cause I set out to write a strong melodic song, like a Neil Finn or Aimee Mann type melody. Lyrically it has more imagery and emotion and less storytelling. I made the song I desired.
