In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
As a young kid probably around 6-7 years old my mom would take me to philharmonic orchestra concerts, I remember being completely mesmerised by how so many different instruments and melodies could come together and create such beautiful moving chaos
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Coldplay, Mylo Xyloto
Hurts, Happiness (Deluxe Edition)
Lorde, Pure Heroine (Extended)
Throughout my life, these albums have always been on heavy rotation. They have been there for me in dark moments of being lost and needing escape, right through to attempting to make sense of the world again. They are pure works of soul-based art.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I lost hearing in my right year due to medical complications, I was told music was done for me and that I could never make it again. It crushed me. I tried again after a long hiatus and 'Videmus' came about. It brought back everything impossible.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Would love to compose a soundtrack for a film or series one day, and also to have some of my music performed live by orchestras in concert halls all around the world.
