Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is being taken to a rehearsal of Beethoven's Eroica. The sound of the orchestra and excitement I felt, has never left me.

“Blazing Sky”
Blazing Sky is a choral song that implores children be spared from the violence of war.
The song is not about one conflict only nor does it take sides.
It puts the spotlight back on the children.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Conducting the Orchestra del Theatro Comunale di Bologna, with Luciano Pavarotti by my side, singing Moon River
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I'm going to write an opera - I just need a cracking story.
