Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was sitting in the kitchen with my family, listening to some Swahili songs on the radio — I didn’t know the lyrics yet, but I felt every beat like it was already part of my soul.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, Twice As Tall Chris Brown, 11:11 Sauti Sol, Live and Die in Afrika These albums shaped my sound — Burna for boldness, Breezy for soul, Sauti Sol for roots. They blend truth, rhythm, and feeling — the same balance I aim for in every Majula Music song.

Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To perform a live set with every lyric echoing with purpose — and to collaborate with voices that uplift the Swahili spirit across borders. The journey is just getting started!
