Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is singing “A Spoonful of Sugar” at a school recital. In the video, the camera pans past fidgeting kids, then lands on me—wide-eyed and completely locked in. Looking back, I think music had already chosen me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Michael Jackson, The Essential Michael Jackson Michael Jackson’s Dangerous, because it gave us “Remember the Time”—one of those rare, perfect songs that still feels as magical every time I hear it as it did the first time.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Shallow” “Shallow” is special to me because it turns a provocative question into an honest conversation about self-worth. It’s about choosing compatibility, consistency and emotional safety—and knowing that wanting chemistry doesn’t make you shallow.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Touring with Corinne Bailey Rae was a true full-circle moment. I grew up listening to her and thinking she was the coolest, so opening for her—and discovering how genuinely warm and supportive she was—felt completely surreal.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to open for Lauryn Hill, Lenny Kravitz, Sade or Alicia Keys!
