Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Barbara: "Celia Cruz on my Cuban father's record player in Madrid. I was five. Her voice filled our apartment like something holy. I didn't know what salsa was - just that it made the world bigger. Been chasing that feeling ever since."
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Mandinga, Estoy Aquí - Single Mandinga, Soarele meu (La Orquestra de Salsa) Mandinga, Zaleilah "Soarele Meu" because that's where it started. "Zaleilah" because Eurovision changed everything. "Estoy Aquí" because after 22 years we're still writing songs that mean something. Past, peak, present - all Mandinga.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Baku, 2012. Eurovision final. Sixty thousand people in the arena, millions watching. We walked out with full brass blazing and played Zaleilah like our lives depended on it. A Latin band from Bucharest on the world's biggest stage. We belonged there.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Main stage at a major Latin festival - Viña del Mar, Premio Lo Nuestro, something that proves a European band can carry authentic sabor to the audiences who invented it. We've spent 22 years earning that right. Now we want to collect.
