I remeber hearing Hamadi by Elly Wamala, Ugandan Artist and thinking, wow! This is art and it sat so well in the intersection between contemporary and home brewed influences. I strive to hit that sweet spot in my art. Art is lived experience

I loved Rayes new album, its theatrical, it’s so dramatic I’m so dramatic I love flair we just fit
I loved Dave’s the boy who played the harp! It’s hands down one of the best artistic expressions in a genre I don’t often listen to
And Beyonce!!!
