Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I sang Waltzing Matilda at the Grade 2 Christmas concert. Hat too big, heart even bigger. Time froze, the air was holding its breath and suddenly I knew how songs could haunt you, heal you and hold a room still. Been chasing that ghost ever since.
