In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember going to a magic show as a little kid watching a drummer play his kit set up in the stands beside me. As he played to the magician's gestures and trick reveals I was mesmerized watching his hands and feet play bombastic beats and crashes.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kiss, Destroyer (2012 Remaster) The Wallflowers, Bringing Down the Horse Van Halen, 5150 Kiss were a gateway into my imagination. The theatrics, mystique and escape of their guitar driven superhero Rock made KISS a huge influence on my inner child. The others are examples of other music I loved over the decades and still listen to.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “High On You” I like the ominous feel and groove of this one. Turned out quite well and the pre-chorus is a highlight for me. I play all the instruments and self-produce my music and I feel it's sounding more cohesive like an actual band with each new release.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There's no single moment yet, but any time I get radio play is always amazing. I ultimately write for myself first but whenever someone says they love my music or is touched by a song or lyric is by far the most rewarding.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Just to keep writing and expressing my music for as long as possible. Music is therapeutic and since I am entirely self-produced and play every instrument, I look forward to continuing to improve and try new things as each song is released.
