About MASDO
A quartet of old souls with discerning musical taste, MASDO are a nattily dressed, heart-warming throwback act that transport listeners back to blissful days of rock. Embodying the musicality, spirit and stylings of local ’60s genre Pop Yeh Yeh, MASDO began as a cult festival favourite after forming in 2015 before steadily gaining mainstream attention and adulation. They dropped debut album Selamat Tinggal Pujaan in 2019 which produced hits like “Bunga” and “Teruna & Dara”. It was all the encouragement the foursome needed to stay true to their retro route and its focus on retrospective fun.
