About Memz
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Elvis Presley performing Live from Hawaii, broadcasted to over a billion people and when he gets to 'Suspicious Minds' I was glued to the TV set. I was a toddler, and I knew right then that I needed a guitar, still do, & I always will.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon Remastered
Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain Soundtrack from the Motion Picture
Sex Pistols, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols
Dark Side Of The Moon, the whole thing expanded my mind to the possibilities of what an album could be. The guitar is excellent throughout, but the guitar solo from 'Time' absolutely blew me away.

“A Game That You Play (Love Is Just)”
During the recording of 'That Song Jaydah Likes' this song decided to write itself. One emo take, nothing changed. All instruments were performed in one take, live from start - finish. It encompasses my favourite elements from Blues, Soul & Stax
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Playing to a sold out crowd in London supporting the UK Subs, Original Punk Legends. Charlie Harper and Knox of The Vibrators used to come to the band's shows, and it meant the world to the teenaged Memz
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Engineer a session at Abbey Roads Studios in London. I used to drive past it as a bus driver, and I would love to record there.
